Effective date: 31 October 2026. These terms apply to new bookings from this date. Existing bookings remain subject to the terms agreed when booked.
About these terms
These terms cover training bookings with Academy of Aesthetic Regenerative Medicine (AARM). Contact welcome@aesthetic-academy.com or write to 4 Upper Wimpole Street, London, W1G 6LF. Patient-model treatment requires separate clinical terms and informed consent.
Bookings and eligibility
Course prerequisites and prices are shown on the relevant course page. Applicants must provide accurate professional information and meet the stated prerequisites. A place is confirmed only when the academy sends written acceptance and confirms the payment arrangements. Any taxes, instalments and inclusions must be explained before payment. Attendance does not itself confer professional registration, prescribing rights, insurance or permission to practise beyond your lawful scope.
Dates to be announced
Where dates are to be announced, an enquiry or expression of interest does not commit you to an unspecified date. We will offer the confirmed date for your acceptance. Any advance payment for an unconfirmed date is fully refundable until you accept a confirmed date in writing.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel by emailing welcome@aesthetic-academy.com with your name and booking reference. Cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the course receives a full refund. Later cancellations may incur only reasonable, evidenced losses that cannot be recovered, after allowing for savings and resale of the place; we will explain any deduction. A missed course is assessed on the same basis, without an automatic blanket forfeiture.
One transfer to a suitable future course may be requested at least 14 days before the course, subject to availability and any clearly explained price difference. Later transfer requests will be considered individually. No additional charge will be imposed without your agreement.
These contractual provisions do not reduce any statutory cancellation or refund rights. Where you book as a consumer under a qualifying distance service contract, a 14-day cancellation period normally runs from contract conclusion. If you expressly request services to begin within that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for services supplied; loss of the cancellation right on full performance requires the applicable express request and acknowledgement. Business bookings may have different statutory rights.
If the academy changes a course
If we cancel, materially change the course or move it to a date you cannot attend, you can choose a full refund of the affected course fee or a suitable transfer. Minor timetable or faculty substitutions will be communicated where practicable. We will not require you to accept credit instead of a refund you are entitled to.
Learning, conduct and materials
Participants must follow safety instructions, respect confidentiality and obtain permission before recording. Course materials are for personal professional learning and must not be republished without permission. Certificates depend on the published attendance and assessment requirements; no particular clinical or business outcome is guaranteed.
Problems and responsibility
Please contact us promptly about any concern so we can investigate and seek a fair resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or applicable statutory consumer rights. The law of England and Wales applies, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers elsewhere in the UK.
How to cancel
You can email welcome@aesthetic-academy.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use this wording, but do not have to: “I give notice that I cancel my booking for [course], booked on [date]. My name is [name], my booking reference is [reference] and my contact address is [address].” Please date your request. Where a refund is due, we will explain its amount and return it using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, within any applicable statutory deadline.
